Most organizations has divided their work systems in to three to five divisions depending on their functions or area of operations, for easy management. They may be Administration, Finance, operations, Marketing, Human Resources etc. We work to support all functional divisions of an organization, when and where required.

ADMINISTRATION

Administration department is holds a key position in any organization. They are responsible for total management of all other divisions in most organizations. They decides the major objectives of the organization and lead the internal administration of the organization as  a whole. They decides strategy of an organization, done its planning, They create strategy based detailed plan to accomplish desired goals of management in an organization.

OPERATIONS

Operations department is the custodian of day today work of an organization. They keep records of data, performance statistics, inform administration about any lapses, organizing meetings, scheduling events, tracking plans and results etc.

Marketing & Sales

Marketing department does planning and execution work on the objectives set by the admin team. In order to achieve the given objectives, the marketing department creates marketing plans, campaigns and tactics set by the administration or top management of the company.  It develops and implement strategic marketing programs. They create a symmetry of right mix of product, price, place and promotion to achieve maximum results. it works on creating interest in minds of the targeted group of customers and then the sales department handles to rest to achieve the revenue targets.

FinancE

The finance department in a company handles financial decisions of internal and external needs.  They control income and expenditure, cash management, investments of debt and equity management, investor records, day today accounts management, payment receivable& payable, payroll of employees etc., to ensure effective business running.

human Resources

From employee hiring to exiting, managing human resources is critical to the success of each and every organization we build. At the same time building alone is expensive as today’s management process is not easy to follow. It requires several hours of work for proper monitoring and management of the staff.

IT / Technology

Now a days, we can’t see any simple business that doesn’t use technology. using latest and most suited technology will reduce your cost of production and management. This department supports all other departments in almost all activities, for effective management.
