1. Identify Objectives.
Before we start analyzing any project or business, we need to determine the objects of the work. A clear cut destination make our path clear. The core organizational objectives determines our approach to the process. The determination of the people behind an organization decides the result. If the organization has a clear defined goal we make sure it is achieved, sets apart the cost and time.
2. Environment Analysis
Situational Analysis is done by collecting & evaluating on the enteral and external environment of the organization. We start by conducting an evaluation on the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the organization. A systematic study of all these factors shall help us to identify cause and effects which lead to problems in the organization, which we are trying to solve.
3. Determine the areas for improvement
The given goals has to be analyzed to seek which all areas are required to be improved to achieve the desired results. This decision is taken by proper discussion with the members in and out of the concerned organization. Most organizations needs to improve business process and systems for performance improvement and growth.
4. Create a process plan
A process plan is not a onetime program, but its a continuous improvement plan. Normally people from older organizations have a nature of high resistance against any change in their day today work environment. We cannot expect a better result without changing the process we follow.
